The future of communication is ethical and inclusive.
Ethics and inclusivity are not only moral issues, but an essential pillars for the long-term success of brands.
They are effective strategies and many brands focus on values such as sustainability, gender inclusion, equal opportunities to create a deep connection with the world.
The goal is to enter into the culture of skills, valuing research, cohesion, innovation and sustainability and to look at the skills of people, each with their own condition, different and unique. Studying and learning about DEI strategies is a fundamental part of achieving this goal.
I am grateful to receive this certification and recognition for taking part in the course Diversity, Equity ad Inclusion: DEI Strategies for Business Impact at the Univesity of Cambridge Judge Business School.
I truly believe this course helps me change brand strategy for the better. I want to feel part of something bigger, to contribute to positive changes.
